Profile of Chilai Howard

Chilai Howard (b.1986) is a Hong Kong interdisciplinary art worker and designer, graduated at the Critical Intermedia Laboratory, School of Creative Media, CityU HK and HKUST, who experiments the possibility of mediums creating atmosphere that explores humans’ subconscious mind, behaviour and physical interactivity. His experimental moving images and mixed-media installations have been exhibited in Tate Modern London, ZKM | Media Museum Karlsruhe, Museum of Contemporary Art Taipei, Arad Art Museum, National Centre for Contemporary Art Saint Petersburg and more. He was named HKMOL’s Most Outstanding Leader of the Year (2022) and awarded multiple awards from REDDOT, American Alliance of Museums, MARCOM, MARKIES, MUSE and more.

His passion also goes into graphic arts and spatial design, he is the founder of the award-winning creative studio NNNNNNN., an artistic consultant of Videotage Hong Kong and guest lecturer in various universities and seminars.

鄭智禮 (B.1986) 混合媒體藝術及設計工作者，畢業於香港城市大學創意媒體學院批判性跨媒體實驗室及香港科技大學創意傳播。專注於實驗影像創作，空間藝術及混合媒體裝置藝術，不斷研究及實驗以不同藝術媒介探索人類行為潛意識及藝術與參觀者的關係，作品曾於泰特現代藝術館(TATE modern)、台北當代藝術館、卡爾斯魯厄藝術與媒體中心(ZKM)、聖彼得堡國家當代藝術館、羅馬尼亞阿拉德藝術館(ARAD Art) 等各種國際藝術節及博物館展出。 在2010年創立了NNNNNNN.藝術設計公司，除此之外，亦擔任錄影太奇藝術總監及大學客席講師。並於2022年獲得香港最優秀領袖大獎(藝術及設計)及多個國際獎項，包括紅點設計大獎、美國博物館聯盟MUSE大獎、MARCOM大獎、MARKIES大獎、MUSE設計大獎等。
